Overview
The organisation is investing in its Hermanus operation, and this Content Creator position reflects that commitment. The successful candidate will work across the marketing jobs function and contribute to the wider Western Cape business.
Crucially, the successful applicant is given the room to plan, deliver and review their work without unnecessary noise. The organisation has built its Hermanus team on trust, and the Content Creator role will feel that from week one.
Quality is everyone’s job. Whether the Content Creator is processing a transaction, supporting a colleague or handling a customer query, the standard expected in Western Cape is consistently high and consistently fair.
Practically speaking, the role has been written to be sustainable, not just busy. Strong output is expected, and managers in Hermanus also pay attention to recovery, learning and the kind of breathing room that keeps people doing good work over time.
The Environment
Notably, the environment is creative, deadline-driven and data-aware. Cross-functional work with sales, product and design is the norm, and ideas are tested with real audiences quickly.
Health, safety and well-being are taken seriously. Current policies and procedures are maintained, and the Hermanus site adheres to the standards expected of a responsible South African employer.
A respectful, professional environment is the standard in Western Cape. Bullying, harassment and unfair conduct have no place here, and managers are trained to act decisively when concerns are raised.
Notably, the working environment is set up to give the team the focus needed for deeper work, while keeping collaboration and quick problem-solving close at hand.
