About This Position

The Concierge position is part of an ongoing recruitment drive across Northern Cape. The brief has been shaped carefully, with a focus on delivery in Colesberg and across the hospitality jobs space.

Crucially, the organisation keeps reporting lines clean and expectations realistic. Performance is measured against a small, agreed set of metrics, and there are no surprise yardsticks for the Concierge taking on this position.

Beyond that, the role has been written to be sustainable, not just busy. Strong output is expected, and managers in Colesberg also pay attention to recovery, learning and the kind of breathing room that keeps people doing good work over time.

Tools, systems and information are there to support the role rather than slow it down. The company continues to invest in the technology that backs its Colesberg teams, and the new Concierge will feel that from the first week.

Based in Colesberg

Importantly, the role is based in Colesberg, close to the Sishen mining hub. Public transport links and parking are within easy reach, making the daily commute manageable for candidates living across Colesberg and the broader Northern Cape region.

Many candidates already living within reach of Colesberg cite the location as one of the role’s quiet wins, with shorter commutes and a real sense of being plugged into the local Northern Cape economy.

Accessibility is taken seriously: where the role allows, the team works toward a balance of in-office presence and flexibility for candidates based in and around Colesberg.
