Job Description:
As a Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating compliance risks. You will be responsible for developing compliance programs, conducting audits, and providing guidance on regulatory issues to ensure that the organization adheres to applicable laws and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement compliance programs and policies to mitigate risks.
• Monitor and analyze changes in regulations and ensure that the organization adapts accordingly.
• Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments.
• Prepare reports on compliance status and communicate findings to management.
• Provide training and support to employees on compliance-related matters.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or in a similar compliance role.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to compliance issues.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certifications in compliance (e.g., Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM)).
• Experience in risk management or internal auditing.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations.
