Compliance Officer

Work-Force

The organisation is recruiting a Compliance Officer for its Kempton Park operation. The role forms part of a wider legal and security jobs portfolio across Gauteng.

What This Role Involves

This Compliance Officer role sits within the legal and security jobs function in Kempton Park. It offers a defined scope, clear measures of success, and the support of an experienced team across Gauteng.

In addition, the successful applicant is given the room to plan, deliver and review their work without unnecessary noise. The organisation has built its Kempton Park team on trust, and the Compliance Officer role will feel that from week one.

Reasonable working hours and respectful planning are part of how the role runs. The team values strong delivery, and load is balanced fairly across the legal and security jobs group in Kempton Park.

A Typical Day

Your day is built on focus and detail. You work through matter files or post lists, review evidence or contracts and check that every required record is in place. Communication with site teams, attorneys, clients or SAPS is constant, and you keep your reports factual, precise and timely. When something out of the ordinary happens, you respond calmly and follow procedure, knowing that good documentation today protects the business tomorrow.

Notably, the rhythm rewards people who plan ahead but also pivot quickly when Gauteng operations throw up the unexpected.

No two days look exactly the same — and that variety is part of what keeps the role engaging for the right candidate in Kempton Park.

The Environment

Beyond that, the environment is process-driven and regulation-aware. Whether you are at a desk or on site, attention to detail, calm conduct and accurate reporting are non-negotiable.

Notably, the working environment is set up to give the team the focus needed for deeper work, while keeping collaboration and quick problem-solving close at hand.

A respectful, professional environment is the standard in Gauteng. Bullying, harassment and unfair conduct have no place here, and managers are trained to act decisively when concerns are raised.
