Daily Duties
- Manage classroom resources, learner materials and digital platforms
- Assess learner progress through formative and summative assessments
- Plan, prepare and deliver lessons aligned to the CAPS curriculum
- Support whole-school improvement plans and quality assurance processes
- Implement school disciplinary procedures fairly and consistently
Candidate Profile
- 2+ years’ classroom experience (less for early-career roles)
- Commitment to continuous professional development
- Working knowledge of the CAPS curriculum and assessment policies
- Current SACE registration or proof of application
- Strong classroom management and discipline strategies
- Relevant subject specialisation aligned to the vacancy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills appropriate to the role
