Job Description:
As a Blockchain Developer, you will design, implement, and maintain blockchain-based applications and protocols. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient blockchain solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and blockchain protocols.
• Analyze technical requirements and contribute to architecture design.
• Research and implement improvements for blockchain scalability, security, and performance.
• Write clean, reusable code for blockchain systems.
• Develop both front-end and back-end architecture for decentralized applications.
• Stay updated with blockchain technology advancements to integrate new protocols or enhancements.
• Conduct system performance tests, troubleshoot, and debug issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Blockchain Developer.
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Solidity, Rust, Go, Python).
• Experience with blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Binance Smart Chain.
• Hands-on experience with smart contract development and deployment.
• Knowledge of cryptography and security protocols.
• Familiarity with consensus algorithms (e.g., Proof of Work, Proof of Stake).
• Proficiency in tools like Truffle, Hardhat, or Remix for smart contract development.
• Understanding of decentralized storage solutions (e.g., IPFS).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Layer 2 scaling solutions.
• Understanding of DeFi, NFTs, and token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721).
• Familiarity with distributed systems and peer-to-peer networking.
