- Gain practical experience in plant maintenance.
- Participate in structured training:
- 20 weeks at an Industrial Training Centre (ITC).
- 29 weeks of factory exposure (operations & off-crop).
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- N3 Technical Certificate (Mathematics required)
- N4-N6 (preferred)
