Work-Force
A Compliance Officer is needed in Mmabatho. The role focuses on consistent delivery, accurate work and clear communication across the North West operation.
What This Role Involves
The Compliance Officer vacancy forms part of how the Mmabatho branch keeps performing. It pairs day-to-day delivery with longer-running priorities that keep the legal and security jobs side of the business moving forward.
Equally, the organisation keeps reporting lines clean and expectations realistic. Performance is measured against a small, agreed set of metrics, and there are no surprise yardsticks for the Compliance Officer taking on this position.
Practically speaking, the role has been written to be sustainable, not just busy. Strong output is expected, and managers in Mmabatho also pay attention to recovery, learning and the kind of breathing room that keeps people doing good work over time.
The Environment
Importantly, the environment is process-driven and regulation-aware. Whether you are at a desk or on site, attention to detail, calm conduct and accurate reporting are non-negotiable.
Beyond that, the working environment is set up to give the team the focus needed for deeper work, while keeping collaboration and quick problem-solving close at hand.
Beyond that, the role is intended to operate under the hiring organisation’s workplace conduct, health and safety policies in North West.

Growth conversations happen at a regular cadence — not just at year-end — so the path forward stays current and realistic for every Mmabatho team member.
Training is a mix of formal courses, structured on-the-job learning and exposure to broader projects, all geared at building practical skills.
