The Role

The organisation is investing in its Louis Trichardt operation, and this Litigation Secretary position reflects that commitment. The successful candidate will work across the legal and security jobs function and contribute to the wider Limpopo business.

Equally, the organisation keeps reporting lines clean and expectations realistic. Performance is measured against a small, agreed set of metrics, and there are no surprise yardsticks for the Litigation Secretary taking on this position.

Stakeholders for this position include line managers, peers across the legal and security jobs team and trusted external partners. Building those relationships early makes the next twelve months in Louis Trichardt much easier.

Quality is everyone’s job. Whether the Litigation Secretary is processing a transaction, supporting a colleague or handling a customer query, the standard expected in Limpopo is consistently high and consistently fair.

Day in the Life

Your day is built on focus and detail. You work through matter files or post lists, review evidence or contracts and check that every required record is in place. Communication with site teams, attorneys, clients or SAPS is constant, and you keep your reports factual, precise and timely. When something out of the ordinary happens, you respond calmly and follow procedure, knowing that good documentation today protects the business tomorrow.

Importantly, the Louis Trichardt office buzzes through peak hours and settles into focused, productive lulls in between, giving you time to plan and reset before the next stretch of work.

Practically speaking, the rhythm rewards people who plan ahead but also pivot quickly when Limpopo operations throw up the unexpected.

No two days look exactly the same — and that variety is part of what keeps the role engaging for the right candidate in Louis Trichardt.
