Security Site Supervisor

Work-Force

Whether you are an experienced Security Site Supervisor or stepping into the role for the first time, there is space for you in Stellenbosch. The team hires on merit and across communities in Western Cape.

The Role

This Security Site Supervisor role sits within the legal and security jobs function in Stellenbosch. It offers a defined scope, clear measures of success, and the support of an experienced team across Western Cape.

The role suits a candidate who values consistency and clear communication. The Stellenbosch operation runs on accurate work, steady relationships and a genuine respect for the people in the team.

Stakeholders for this position include line managers, peers across the legal and security jobs team and trusted external partners. Building those relationships early makes the next twelve months in Stellenbosch much easier.

Beyond that, the role has been written to be sustainable, not just busy. Strong output is expected, and managers in Stellenbosch also pay attention to recovery, learning and the kind of breathing room that keeps people doing good work over time.

Day in the Life

Your day is built on focus and detail. You work through matter files or post lists, review evidence or contracts and check that every required record is in place. Communication with site teams, attorneys, clients or SAPS is constant, and you keep your reports factual, precise and timely. When something out of the ordinary happens, you respond calmly and follow procedure, knowing that good documentation today protects the business tomorrow.

Crucially, the rhythm rewards people who plan ahead but also pivot quickly when Western Cape operations throw up the unexpected.

On top of that, the Stellenbosch office buzzes through peak hours and settles into focused, productive lulls in between, giving you time to plan and reset before the next stretch of work.

No two days look exactly the same — and that variety is part of what keeps the role engaging for the right candidate in Stellenbosch.

Diversity and Inclusion

Inclusive recruitment is part of the organisation’s employment practices. Applicants are assessed on relevant qualifications, skills and experience for this role in Stellenbosch.

Beyond that, inclusive hiring extends through onboarding and into how teams operate every day. Respectful, fair conduct is expected from every team member in Stellenbosch.

B-BBEE compliance is more than a scorecard here. It informs how the business invests in skills development, supplier diversity and community engagement across the country.

Equally, the hiring organisation’s applicable employment-equity and inclusion practices will be explained in the final vacancy details for Western Cape.
