Security Patrol Officer

Work-Force

A Security Patrol Officer position is being filled in Pinetown. Suitable candidates from across KwaZulu-Natal are invited to submit their applications for review.

About the Opportunity

The Security Patrol Officer position is part of an ongoing recruitment drive across KwaZulu-Natal. The brief has been shaped carefully, with a focus on delivery in Pinetown and across the legal and security jobs space.

In addition, the successful applicant is given the room to plan, deliver and review their work without unnecessary noise. The organisation has built its Pinetown team on trust, and the Security Patrol Officer role will feel that from week one.

Internal documentation, process notes and shared playbooks make it easier for the Security Patrol Officer to step into the legal and security jobs workflow quickly. Institutional knowledge is well-organised, so people are not reinventing the wheel from one week to the next.

Your Team

On top of that, the team you will be working with is fast-paced and energetic. Things move quickly across the Pinetown office, and the people who thrive here are the ones who plan ahead, communicate openly and pick up the slack when KwaZulu-Natal operations get busy.

Line management is hands-on without being heavy. Expect regular one-to-ones, honest feedback and the support needed to do good work consistently.

Collaboration is the default working mode. Whether picking up a quick query or working through a complex project, you will find colleagues willing to lean in and help.

Day in the Life

Your day is built on focus and detail. You work through matter files or post lists, review evidence or contracts and check that every required record is in place. Communication with site teams, attorneys, clients or SAPS is constant, and you keep your reports factual, precise and timely. When something out of the ordinary happens, you respond calmly and follow procedure, knowing that good documentation today protects the business tomorrow.

Importantly, the Pinetown office buzzes through peak hours and settles into focused, productive lulls in between, giving you time to plan and reset before the next stretch of work.

Beyond that, the rhythm rewards people who plan ahead but also pivot quickly when KwaZulu-Natal operations throw up the unexpected.
