Work-Force

A Front Office Receptionist is needed in Douglas. The role focuses on consistent delivery, accurate work and clear communication across the Northern Cape operation.

About the Opportunity

The organisation is investing in its Douglas operation, and this Front Office Receptionist position reflects that commitment. The successful candidate will work across the hospitality jobs function and contribute to the wider Northern Cape business.

Equally, the successful applicant is given the room to plan, deliver and review their work without unnecessary noise. The organisation has built its Douglas team on trust, and the Front Office Receptionist role will feel that from week one.

Reasonable working hours and respectful planning are part of how the role runs. The team values strong delivery, and load is balanced fairly across the hospitality jobs group in Douglas.

Our Commitment to Transformation

On top of that, the organisation is committed to fair, merit-based recruitment and equal opportunity. Applications are assessed against the published role requirements in line with applicable employment law.

Crucially, the hiring organisation’s applicable employment-equity and inclusion practices will be explained in the final vacancy details for Northern Cape.

B-BBEE compliance is more than a scorecard here. It informs how the business invests in skills development, supplier diversity and community engagement across the country.
