Reasonable working hours and respectful planning are part of how the role runs. The team values strong delivery, and load is balanced fairly across the legal and security jobs group in Bethal.

Your Team

You will join a tight-knit, collaborative team that knows the legal and security jobs side of the business inside out. The Bethal group is a healthy mix of experienced operators and newer joiners, all of whom share a strong commitment to delivery and to one another.

Day in the Life

Your day is built on focus and detail. You work through matter files or post lists, review evidence or contracts and check that every required record is in place. Communication with site teams, attorneys, clients or SAPS is constant, and you keep your reports factual, precise and timely. When something out of the ordinary happens, you respond calmly and follow procedure, knowing that good documentation today protects the business tomorrow.

Importantly, the Bethal office buzzes through peak hours and settles into focused, productive lulls in between, giving you time to plan and reset before the next stretch of work.
