Security Officer

Work-Force

This is a current vacancy. A Security Officer position is being filled in Louis Trichardt. Suitable candidates from across Limpopo are invited to submit their applications for review.

About This Position

The organisation is investing in its Louis Trichardt operation, and this Security Officer position reflects that commitment. The successful candidate will work across the legal and security jobs function and contribute to the wider Limpopo business.

Communication runs both ways. Managers across the legal and security jobs team in Limpopo make time for one-to-ones, and people are expected to speak up early when something needs attention.

Reasonable working hours and respectful planning are part of how the role runs. The team values strong delivery, and load is balanced fairly across the legal and security jobs group in Louis Trichardt.

Your Workplace

Equally, the environment is process-driven and regulation-aware. Whether you are at a desk or on site, attention to detail, calm conduct and accurate reporting are non-negotiable.

In addition, the role is intended to operate under the hiring organisation’s workplace conduct, health and safety policies in Limpopo.

Health, safety and well-being are taken seriously. Current policies and procedures are maintained, and the Louis Trichardt site adheres to the standards expected of a responsible South African employer.

A Typical Day

Your day is built on focus and detail. You work through matter files or post lists, review evidence or contracts and check that every required record is in place. Communication with site teams, attorneys, clients or SAPS is constant, and you keep your reports factual, precise and timely. When something out of the ordinary happens, you respond calmly and follow procedure, knowing that good documentation today protects the business tomorrow.

Crucially, the Louis Trichardt office buzzes through peak hours and settles into focused, productive lulls in between, giving you time to plan and reset before the next stretch of work.

Importantly, the rhythm rewards people who plan ahead but also pivot quickly when Limpopo operations throw up the unexpected.
