The Role
The organisation is investing in its Queenstown operation, and this Inventory Clerk position reflects that commitment. The successful candidate will work across the retail jobs function and contribute to the wider Eastern Cape business.

On top of that, the role has been written to be sustainable, not just busy. Strong output is expected, and managers in Queenstown also pay attention to recovery, learning and the kind of breathing room that keeps people doing good work over time.
Internal documentation, process notes and shared playbooks make it easier for the Inventory Clerk to step into the retail jobs workflow quickly. Institutional knowledge is well-organised, so people are not reinventing the wheel from one week to the next.
The Environment

On top of that, the role is intended to operate under the hiring organisation’s workplace conduct, health and safety policies in Eastern Cape.
Health, safety and well-being are taken seriously. Current policies and procedures are maintained, and the Queenstown site adheres to the standards expected of a responsible South African employer.
Importantly, the working environment is set up to give the team the focus needed for deeper work, while keeping collaboration and quick problem-solving close at hand.
Meet the Team
You will join a tight-knit, collaborative team that knows the retail jobs side of the business inside out. The Queenstown group is a healthy mix of experienced operators and newer joiners, all of whom share a strong commitment to delivery and to one another.
Collaboration is the default working mode. Whether picking up a quick query or working through a complex project, you will find colleagues willing to lean in and help.
Line management is hands-on without being heavy. Expect regular one-to-ones, honest feedback and the support needed to do good work consistently.
Practically speaking, the team structure and working relationships for this role in Queenstown will be explained during the hiring process.
Diversity and Inclusion
Beyond that, the organisation is committed to fair, merit-based recruitment and equal opportunity. Applications are assessed against the published role requirements in line with applicable employment law.

Inclusive hiring extends through onboarding and into how teams operate every day. Respectful, fair conduct is expected from every team member in Queenstown.
