Barista

Work-Force

Bring your skills as a Barista to Centurion and join a team that moves fast. This Gauteng role is one to watch.

What This Role Involves

This Barista role has been briefed against a clear set of outcomes for Centurion. The successful candidate will work alongside an established team and will be expected to contribute meaningfully to the hospitality jobs pipeline across Gauteng.

The role suits a candidate who values consistency and clear communication. The Centurion operation runs on accurate work, steady relationships and a genuine respect for the people in the team.

Tools, systems and information are there to support the role rather than slow it down. The company continues to invest in the technology that backs its Centurion teams, and the new Barista will feel that from the first week.

A Typical Day

Your shift usually starts with a brief from the duty manager, a quick station check and a look at the day’s bookings or specials. As guests arrive, you slip into a steady rhythm — warm welcomes, accurate orders and seamless coordination with the kitchen and bar. Service peaks demand calm focus and tight teamwork, and quieter moments are spent resetting tables, polishing glassware or training a new starter. When the last guest leaves happy, you know you have delivered a memorable hospitality experience.

No two days look exactly the same — and that variety is part of what keeps the role engaging for the right candidate in Centurion.

On top of that, the Centurion office buzzes through peak hours and settles into focused, productive lulls in between, giving you time to plan and reset before the next stretch of work.

What We Offer

On top of that, the hiring organisation may provide onboarding or skills development for this hospitality jobs role in Centurion; the available support will be confirmed in the final vacancy details for Gauteng.

Importantly, the role’s development opportunities, training and benefits, if offered, will be set out in the final vacancy details.

Career development may be available depending on the role, business needs and the hiring organisation’s policies.
