Practically speaking, the role has been written to be sustainable, not just busy. Strong output is expected, and managers in Parys also pay attention to recovery, learning and the kind of breathing room that keeps people doing good work over time.

What We Offer

You will join a team that values respectful collaboration, honest feedback and shared wins. The Parys colleagues take pride in supporting one another and in doing the administration jobs side of the business properly, day in and day out.

Crucially, the package, working arrangements and any available support will be confirmed by the hiring organisation for this vacancy.

Meet the Team

Importantly, the team you will be working with is fast-paced and energetic. Things move quickly across the Parys office, and the people who thrive here are the ones who plan ahead, communicate openly and pick up the slack when Free State operations get busy.

On top of that, the team structure and working relationships for this role in Parys will be explained during the hiring process.

Collaboration is the default working mode. Whether picking up a quick query or working through a complex project, you will find colleagues willing to lean in and help.

Line management is hands-on without being heavy. Expect regular one-to-ones, honest feedback and the support needed to do good work consistently.

Where You’ll Work

Practically speaking, the environment is professional and structured. Expect a calm, well-organised office, a steady flow of support requests, and a strong culture of confidentiality.

Health, safety and well-being are taken seriously. Current policies and procedures are maintained, and the Parys site adheres to the standards expected of a responsible South African employer.

Equally, the role is intended to operate under the hiring organisation’s workplace conduct, health and safety policies in Free State.

In addition, the working environment is set up to give the team the focus needed for deeper work, while keeping collaboration and quick problem-solving close at hand.
