Work-Force
Whether you are an experienced Security Officer or stepping into the role for the first time, there is space for you in Witbank. The team hires on merit and across communities in Mpumalanga.
What This Role Involves
The Security Officer vacancy forms part of how the Witbank branch keeps performing. It pairs day-to-day delivery with longer-running priorities that keep the legal and security jobs side of the business moving forward.
Equally, the successful applicant is given the room to plan, deliver and review their work without unnecessary noise. The organisation has built its Witbank team on trust, and the Security Officer role will feel that from week one.
Stakeholders for this position include line managers, peers across the legal and security jobs team and trusted external partners. Building those relationships early makes the next twelve months in Witbank much easier.
What We Offer
You will join a team that values respectful collaboration, honest feedback and shared wins. The Witbank colleagues take pride in supporting one another and in doing the legal and security jobs side of the business properly, day in and day out.
Notably, the role’s development opportunities, training and benefits, if offered, will be set out in the final vacancy details.
On top of that, the package, working arrangements and any available support will be confirmed by the hiring organisation for this vacancy.
Based in Witbank
In addition, the role is based in Witbank, on the Nelspruit gateway to Mozambique. Public transport links and parking are within easy reach, making the daily commute manageable for candidates living across Witbank and the broader Mpumalanga region.
Accessibility is taken seriously: where the role allows, the team works toward a balance of in-office presence and flexibility for candidates based in and around Witbank.
Many candidates already living within reach of Witbank cite the location as one of the role’s quiet wins, with shorter commutes and a real sense of being plugged into the local Mpumalanga economy.
