Risk and Compliance Analyst

Work-Force

Looking for your next move as a Risk and Compliance Analyst in Benoni? A role has just opened that gives you real responsibility and a clear path forward in Gauteng.

What This Role Involves

The organisation is investing in its Benoni operation, and this Risk and Compliance Analyst position reflects that commitment. The successful candidate will work across the legal and security jobs function and contribute to the wider Gauteng business.

Expect a structured first ninety days, with onboarding milestones, regular check-ins, and an early focus on getting comfortable with the systems and processes that underpin the Benoni team.

Quality is everyone’s job. Whether the Risk and Compliance Analyst is processing a transaction, supporting a colleague or handling a customer query, the standard expected in Gauteng is consistently high and consistently fair.

Your Workplace

In addition, the environment is process-driven and regulation-aware. Whether you are at a desk or on site, attention to detail, calm conduct and accurate reporting are non-negotiable.

A respectful, professional environment is the standard in Gauteng. Bullying, harassment and unfair conduct have no place here, and managers are trained to act decisively when concerns are raised.

Practically speaking, the working environment is set up to give the team the focus needed for deeper work, while keeping collaboration and quick problem-solving close at hand.

Our Commitment to Transformation

Crucially, the organisation is committed to transformation and equal opportunity. Hiring is on merit, and applications are actively encouraged from women, youth, people with disabilities and other historically disadvantaged groups in line with the Employment Equity plan and B-BBEE objectives.

B-BBEE compliance is more than a scorecard here. It informs how the business invests in skills development, supplier diversity and community engagement across the country.

Inclusive hiring extends through onboarding and into how teams operate every day. Respectful, fair conduct is expected from every team member in Benoni.

Your Future Here

This role can grow with you. Strong performers in the legal and security jobs team in Benoni have moved into senior, supervisory and specialist positions, and that journey is supported through coaching, training and exposure to bigger projects.

Growth conversations happen at a regular cadence — not just at year-end — so the path forward stays current and realistic for every Benoni team member.

Training is a mix of formal courses, structured on-the-job learning and exposure to broader projects, all geared at building practical skills.
