Position: Maintenance Support Assistant
Description:
Rand Water is looking for a candidate to assist internal customers by creating work orders for repairs, maintenance, or breakdowns of Fleet Assets, capturing work order feedback and timesheets, assisting the maintenance planner, and following up with end users to collect assets.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- 3 years relevant experience
- Maximo experience
- MS Office Package (Excel, Word, Email, etc.) experience
- Customer service experience
- Automotive technical background (advantageous)
Primary Duties
- Customer Service and Housekeeping
- Opening and completion of Work Orders
- Assist in Generating Reports
