Shift Supervisor

Work-Force

An opportunity has arisen for a Shift Supervisor in Burgersfort. Suitably qualified candidates from across Limpopo are invited to apply.

What This Role Involves

The organisation is investing in its Burgersfort operation, and this Shift Supervisor position reflects that commitment. The successful candidate will work across the retail jobs function and contribute to the wider Limpopo business.

Communication runs both ways. Managers across the retail jobs team in Limpopo make time for one-to-ones, and people are expected to speak up early when something needs attention.

On top of that, the role has been written to be sustainable, not just busy. Strong output is expected, and managers in Burgersfort also pay attention to recovery, learning and the kind of breathing room that keeps people doing good work over time.

Reasonable working hours and respectful planning are part of how the role runs. The team values strong delivery, and load is balanced fairly across the retail jobs group in Burgersfort.

Equal Opportunity

Equally, the organisation is committed to transformation and equal opportunity. Hiring is on merit, and applications are actively encouraged from women, youth, people with disabilities and other historically disadvantaged groups in line with the Employment Equity plan and B-BBEE objectives.

Practical steps back the words. Structured EE reporting, transformation initiatives and learnership programmes give real opportunities to candidates from across Limpopo.

Inclusive hiring extends through onboarding and into how teams operate every day. Respectful, fair conduct is expected from every team member in Burgersfort.

B-BBEE compliance is more than a scorecard here. It informs how the business invests in skills development, supplier diversity and community engagement across the country.
