Work-Force
Applications are warmly invited for a Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Knysna. We welcome candidates from every background across Western Cape who are ready to grow with us.
The Role
An experienced Digital Marketing Specialist is needed to support operations in Knysna. The role forms part of how the business keeps its marketing jobs portfolio strong in Western Cape.
Communication runs both ways. Managers across the marketing jobs team in Western Cape make time for one-to-ones, and people are expected to speak up early when something needs attention.
Internal documentation, process notes and shared playbooks make it easier for the Digital Marketing Specialist to step into the marketing jobs workflow quickly. Institutional knowledge is well-organised, so people are not reinventing the wheel from one week to the next.
Equal Opportunity
The organisation is committed to transformation and equal opportunity. Hiring is on merit, and applications are actively encouraged from women, youth, people with disabilities and other historically disadvantaged groups in line with the Employment Equity plan and B-BBEE objectives.
B-BBEE compliance is more than a scorecard here. It informs how the business invests in skills development, supplier diversity and community engagement across the country.
Practical steps back the words. Structured EE reporting, transformation initiatives and learnership programmes give real opportunities to candidates from across Western Cape.
Meet the Team
Practically speaking, the team you will be working with is fast-paced and energetic. Things move quickly across the Knysna office, and the people who thrive here are the ones who plan ahead, communicate openly and pick up the slack when Western Cape operations get busy.
Collaboration is the default working mode. Whether picking up a quick query or working through a complex project, you will find colleagues willing to lean in and help.
