We are hiring an Entry-Level Pipefitter in Port Elizabeth for individuals looking to start a career in pipefitting. This role provides hands-on training and experience in installing and maintaining pipe systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of pipes and related systems.
- Support the cutting, threading, and assembly of pipes and fittings.
- Help with troubleshooting and repairing pipe systems.
- Learn and apply pipefitting techniques and safety practices.
- Maintain tools and work areas in good condition.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or certification in Pipefitting or a related field.
- Basic understanding of pipefitting practices and safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience or internships in pipefitting is advantageous.
