Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations in Durban. The ideal candidate will ensure that all warehouse activities are performed efficiently and in line with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee stock control processes.
- Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed by all warehouse staff.
- Train and manage a team of warehouse workers.
- Perform regular inspections to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
