Talent Acquisition Specialist position available. ole Overview: As a Recruitment Specialist for our South Africa locations, you will oversee the recruitment process for advisor-level roles, from initial sourcing to final placement. Working closely with senior stakeholders and HR colleagues, your goal is to fulfill immediate hiring needs, build a robust talent pipeline, and enhance our Employer Brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Recruitment: Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle for service and sales advisor positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and finalizing candidates.
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, assess internal talent, and support talent moves.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with leadership and external partners to promote our Employer Brand and enhance recruitment efforts.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records in the ATS and provide timely recruitment reports.
- Support Additional Tasks: Assist with ad hoc projects and duties as required.
Requirements:
- Education: Matric qualification is essential; a relevant HR qualification is preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years in a recruitment role, ideally with experience in a similar industry and managing high-volume recruitment.
- Skills: Proficiency in competency-based interviewing, strong organizational skills, and the ability to deliver results swiftly.
