About the Role:
- Supervise ground handling operations and ore tramming equipment.
- Ensure safety, efficiency, and production targets in a mining environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Blasting Certificate
- 3+ years’ experience in blasting & tramming (RBE mining environment)
- Medically fit (Gold Fields Occupational Health Centre assessment)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily safety, health, and environmental campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with mining safety standards and procedures.
- Plan and assign daily tasks to team members.
- Foster teamwork and efficiency among crew members.
