Supporting function to scan Individual correspondence documents / legal documents and batches of Summonses for the business unit daily. Documents are being scanned to the system as a backup and easy access to review previous and historic information to improve overall departmental aging for the business.
Relevant certificate or diploma (added advantage
0 – 2 years’ experience in administration environment.
Knowledge of general computer / system use.
Knowledge of Cheetah system (added advantage / on the job training will be provided).
Knowledge of legal process documents, Section 129 & Section 56, Summonses & Invoices.
Knowledge of Tracing process documents
Understanding Administration various departmental processes
Property and Occupancy Inspection
In-house scanning of various documents related to the business’s requests.
Internal departmental understanding of various departments.
Servicing the business units equally and effectively.
Team player to all departments in the business.
Ensuring quality of work is 100% up to standard.
Ensuring the correct deliverable is used for the relevant document outcomes on the system.
Identifying document errors and rectify with the sender.
Ensuring daily / monthly targets are met.
Reports will be mainly system generated as the daily stats will be calculated at the end of the month and reported on a monthly basis.
Ad hock duties will be managed manually in terms of performance.
Basic MS Office / Computer use.
Work accuracy and concentration.
