Marketing/Advertising Diploma
2-3 years’ experience
Responsibilities
- Ensure effective and efficient communication within the department and will all stakeholders
- To ensure all changes in promotions (Pricing format etc.) are communicated to the traffic manager as soon as possible to minimize risk/impact to the business.
- Ensure all promotion deadlines are met as per the Production Schedule
- Daily Verification and confirmation of all promotional products and prices
- Ensure that advertising process is adhered to at all times
- Ensure status feedback report has been provided to the traffic manager on a daily basis
- Ensure that buyers follow the governance procedures put in place by the Marketing department at all times
- Ensure that Shopper is aligned to the repro copy once it has come back to the co-ordinator
- Brief studio accurately and timeously
- Ensure job orders are correctly written out and always signed off by the traffic manager
