Work-Force
The organisation is recruiting a Static Guard for its De Aar operation. The role forms part of a wider legal and security jobs portfolio across Northern Cape.
About the Opportunity
Crucially, the Static Guard vacancy forms part of how the De Aar branch keeps performing. It pairs day-to-day delivery with longer-running priorities that keep the legal and security jobs side of the business moving forward.
Communication runs both ways. Managers across the legal and security jobs team in Northern Cape make time for one-to-ones, and people are expected to speak up early when something needs attention.
Practically speaking, the role has been written to be sustainable, not just busy. Strong output is expected, and managers in De Aar also pay attention to recovery, learning and the kind of breathing room that keeps people doing good work over time.
Tools, systems and information are there to support the role rather than slow it down. The company continues to invest in the technology that backs its De Aar teams, and the new Static Guard will feel that from the first week.
Diversity and Inclusion
Inclusion is a core part of how the team operates. This is an equal-opportunity employer, and candidates from all communities — including women, youth and persons living with disabilities — are encouraged to apply for this role in De Aar.
Inclusive hiring extends through onboarding and into how teams operate every day. Respectful, fair conduct is expected from every team member in De Aar.
Practical steps back the words. Structured EE reporting, transformation initiatives and learnership programmes give real opportunities to candidates from across Northern Cape.
B-BBEE compliance is more than a scorecard here. It informs how the business invests in skills development, supplier diversity and community engagement across the country.
