Core Functions
- Keep the store, change rooms and stockroom clean and organised
- Up-sell and cross-sell products in line with branch sales targets
- Replenish stock and rotate displays in line with promotional cycles
- Support stock counts and assist with cycle-count investigations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor
- Monitor shrinkage indicators and flag suspicious activity
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and consumer protection regulations
Minimum Requirements
- Visual merchandising flair or formal training is an advantage
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment
- Honest, dependable and security-aware in line with shrinkage controls
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a customer-facing retail role
- Numerate and accurate, with attention to detail on cash-ups
