About the Opportunity

Practically speaking, the role has been written to be sustainable, not just busy. Strong output is expected, and managers in Modimolle also pay attention to recovery, learning and the kind of breathing room that keeps people doing good work over time.
Internal documentation, process notes and shared playbooks make it easier for the Room Attendant to step into the hospitality jobs workflow quickly. Institutional knowledge is well-organised, so people are not reinventing the wheel from one week to the next.
