Daily Duties
- Ensure full compliance with road traffic, OHS Act and customs requirements
- Process returns, claims and damaged stock through the agreed workflow
- Prepare daily dispatch and receiving reports for site management
- Pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately within agreed cut-offs
- Support cycle-count and full inventory takes with the finance team
- Coordinate cross-docking and consolidation with inbound and outbound teams
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Maintain accurate inventory records on the warehouse management system
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Computer literacy in MS Office and basic ERP modules
- 2+ years’ experience in warehousing, distribution or logistics
- Ability to work shifts, including night shifts and weekends
- Physically able to perform manual handling duties safely
- Good communication skills with drivers, suppliers and customers
- Valid Code 10 or Code 14 driver’s licence with PrDP for driving roles
