Work-Force
This is a current vacancy. Role: Paralegal. Location: Hartswater, Northern Cape. The team is hiring and seeks a candidate who can step in and deliver from week one.
About the Opportunity
The Paralegal vacancy forms part of how the Hartswater branch keeps performing. It pairs day-to-day delivery with longer-running priorities that keep the legal and security jobs side of the business moving forward.
Day-to-day, the role balances focused delivery with the kind of collaboration that keeps things moving. The successful candidate is trusted to make sensible decisions inside the agreed scope, with line-management support whenever a sounding board is useful.
Internal documentation, process notes and shared playbooks make it easier for the Paralegal to step into the legal and security jobs workflow quickly. Institutional knowledge is well-organised, so people are not reinventing the wheel from one week to the next.
Beyond that, the role has been written to be sustainable, not just busy. Strong output is expected, and managers in Hartswater also pay attention to recovery, learning and the kind of breathing room that keeps people doing good work over time.
Tools, systems and information are there to support the role rather than slow it down. The company continues to invest in the technology that backs its Hartswater teams, and the new Paralegal will feel that from the first week.
