Internship Quality Assurance

Work-Force

Applications are warmly invited for a Internship Quality Assurance role based in Bloemfontein. We welcome candidates from every background across Free State who are ready to grow with us.

The Role

The Internship Quality Assurance vacancy forms part of how the Bloemfontein branch keeps performing. It pairs day-to-day delivery with longer-running priorities that keep the in-service training side of the business moving forward.

Communication runs both ways. Managers across the in-service training team in Free State make time for one-to-ones, and people are expected to speak up early when something needs attention.

Equally, the role has been written to be sustainable, not just busy. Strong output is expected, and managers in Bloemfontein also pay attention to recovery, learning and the kind of breathing room that keeps people doing good work over time.

Your Workplace

In addition, the environment is structured for learning, with experienced mentors, clear expectations and steady feedback. You will be treated as part of the team while you build practical skills.

A respectful, professional environment is the standard in Free State. Bullying, harassment and unfair conduct have no place here, and managers are trained to act decisively when concerns are raised.

Practically speaking, the working environment is set up to give the team the focus needed for deeper work, while keeping collaboration and quick problem-solving close at hand.
