Housekeeping Supervisor

Work-Force

Applications are warmly invited for a Housekeeping Supervisor role based in Centurion. We welcome candidates from every background across Gauteng who are ready to grow with us.

The Role

The organisation is investing in its Centurion operation, and this Housekeeping Supervisor position reflects that commitment. The successful candidate will work across the hospitality jobs function and contribute to the wider Gauteng business.

Communication runs both ways. Managers across the hospitality jobs team in Gauteng make time for one-to-ones, and people are expected to speak up early when something needs attention.

Internal documentation, process notes and shared playbooks make it easier for the Housekeeping Supervisor to step into the hospitality jobs workflow quickly. Institutional knowledge is well-organised, so people are not reinventing the wheel from one week to the next.

Meet the Team

Beyond that, the team you will be working with is fast-paced and energetic. Things move quickly across the Centurion office, and the people who thrive here are the ones who plan ahead, communicate openly and pick up the slack when Gauteng operations get busy.

Practically speaking, the team structure and working relationships for this role in Centurion will be explained during the hiring process.

Collaboration is the default working mode. Whether picking up a quick query or working through a complex project, you will find colleagues willing to lean in and help.

Where You’ll Work

On top of that, the environment is service-led and people-centred. Expect varied hours, a high tempo during peaks, and a team culture built on hospitality and pride in the guest experience.

On top of that, the role is intended to operate under the hiring organisation’s workplace conduct, health and safety policies in Gauteng.

Practically speaking, the working environment is set up to give the team the focus needed for deeper work, while keeping collaboration and quick problem-solving close at hand.
