Diversity and Inclusion
Diverse teams build stronger workplaces. Applications are welcome from candidates of every background, language and community across Eastern Cape, and recruitment is fair, transparent and aligned with the EE Act.
B-BBEE compliance is more than a scorecard here. It informs how the business invests in skills development, supplier diversity and community engagement across the country.
Inclusive hiring extends through onboarding and into how teams operate every day. Respectful, fair conduct is expected from every team member in Queenstown.
Based in Queenstown
Crucially, the role is based in Queenstown, near the Mthatha regional service centre. Public transport links and parking are within easy reach, making the daily commute manageable for candidates living across Queenstown and the broader Eastern Cape region.

Accessibility is taken seriously: where the role allows, the team works toward a balance of in-office presence and flexibility for candidates based in and around Queenstown.
The Environment
On top of that, the environment is creative, deadline-driven and data-aware. Cross-functional work with sales, product and design is the norm, and ideas are tested with real audiences quickly.
Health, safety and well-being are taken seriously. Current policies and procedures are maintained, and the Queenstown site adheres to the standards expected of a responsible South African employer.
