Work-Force

The organisation is recruiting a Front Office Receptionist for its Benoni operation. The role forms part of a wider hospitality jobs portfolio across Gauteng.

What This Role Involves

This Front Office Receptionist role has been briefed against a clear set of outcomes for Benoni. The successful candidate will work alongside an established team and will be expected to contribute meaningfully to the hospitality jobs pipeline across Gauteng.

Day-to-day, the role balances focused delivery with the kind of collaboration that keeps things moving. The successful candidate is trusted to make sensible decisions inside the agreed scope, with line-management support whenever a sounding board is useful.

Internal documentation, process notes and shared playbooks make it easier for the Front Office Receptionist to step into the hospitality jobs workflow quickly. Institutional knowledge is well-organised, so people are not reinventing the wheel from one week to the next.

Working in Benoni

In addition, the role is based in Benoni, easy access via the N1 and N14 corridors. Public transport links and parking are within easy reach, making the daily commute manageable for candidates living across Benoni and the broader Gauteng region.

If you are relocating, the team can share practical pointers on neighbourhoods, transport and the typical pace of life in Benoni, Gauteng.

Many candidates already living within reach of Benoni cite the location as one of the role’s quiet wins, with shorter commutes and a real sense of being plugged into the local Gauteng economy.

Our Commitment to Transformation

Diverse teams build stronger workplaces. Applications are welcome from candidates of every background, language and community across Gauteng, and recruitment is fair, transparent and aligned with the EE Act.

B-BBEE compliance is more than a scorecard here. It informs how the business invests in skills development, supplier diversity and community engagement across the country.

Practical steps back the words. Structured EE reporting, transformation initiatives and learnership programmes give real opportunities to candidates from across Gauteng.
