Description

      • Office Administration Responsibilities:

        The Office administration aspect of the role would be mid-month and focuses on the following areas:

        • Placing of orders

        • Distribution of stock to stores

        • Dealing with suppliers (Imports and Local)

        • Sales coordination

        This part of the role is mostly administrative

         

        Finance Administration Responsibilities:

        The financial administration aspect of the role would be more towards month end and focusing on the following elements:

        • Debtors

        • Creditors

        • Cash flow

        • Payroll

        • Invoicing

        • Managing books up to management accounts

        • Submissions to SARS I;e; PAYE, VAT
