Professional Bus Driver Opportunity at Ndabezitha Charter Coaches

Duties & Responsibilities

Operate a bus safely and efficiently to transport passengers to various destinations
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
Inspect the bus before and after each trip to ensure it is in good working condition
Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the bus
Maintain a clean and orderly bus interior
Communicate with dispatch and other drivers as needed to coordinate routes
Report all accidents, incidents, or mechanical problems to the supervisor
Attend training sessions and meetings as required

Requirements & Qualifications

Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
Must possess a valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP) and be able to operate a train bus
Must possess a valid code 14 driver’s license and police clearance certificate
Clean driving record with no accidents or violations
Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Prior experience as a bus driver preferred – minimum of 3 years
Good physical health and ability to lift heavy objects
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Added advantage with scholar transport experience
