Estate manager must provide a single point of entry for the coordination of all services relating to the efficient and effective running of the Estate

Manage contracts i.e. cleaning and technical maintenance to ensure contractors adhere to agreed standards

Must be responsible for some aspects of the Occuptaional Health and Safety Act

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:

Managing of Security satff

Managing Contractors

Managing the Environmental Manager

Managing Residents

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:

Ensure all proerties and buildings are maintained in line with the SLHOA Architectural Guidlines

Inspect houses on the market and ensure they comply with the Architecural Guidlines

Meet home owners prior to commencement of any alterations they are planning

PROJECT MANAGMENT:

Management of all activities taking place on the communal areas of the estate

Manage execution of the project or event

Manage communication to all stake holders on projects being conducted

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

Manage relationships with all stakeholders ensuring courtesy and politeness

Trustees to be inculded in all communication to homeowners / residents

ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT:

Ensure all visitors, contractors and employees use front entrance

Ensure all patrol points are clearly marked and defined

Keep record of all instances that occur
