This role is responsible for the development, design and implementation of TPT Culture, value and Employee Value
Proposition interventions and programmes.
Develop, recommend and gain approval for Culture and Employee Value Proposition strategies and interventions for the
Transnet Port Terminals that is in line with its People Management approach and Business Imperatives
Ensure the effective implementation of the approved Culture/Values and Employee Value Proposition strategy so that it is
achieved within time, budget and quality requirements
Ensure the development and implementation of appropriate policies and Culture and Employee Value Proposition procedures
that facilitate the achievement of the strategies and interventions
Ensure the effective communication and liaison with all terminals so that they are aware of the strategies and plans; buy in to
