Key Outputs
- Prepare daily dispatch and receiving reports for site management
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly stock counts and investigate variances
- Maintain housekeeping standards in racking, aisles and yard areas
- Liaise with transporters, drivers and customers on dispatch schedules
- Monitor third-party logistics partners against agreed KPIs
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Ensure full compliance with road traffic, OHS Act and customs requirements
- Support cycle-count and full inventory takes with the finance team
Minimum Requirements
- Computer literacy in MS Office and basic ERP modules
- Awareness of OHS Act, traffic regulations and hazardous goods rules
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Able to perform the essential manual-handling duties safely, with reasonable accommodation where applicable
- Valid Code 10 or Code 14 driver’s licence with PrDP for driving roles
- Good communication skills with drivers, suppliers and customers
- Strong numeracy and accuracy on stock counts and pick lists
