Workplace Learner Hospitality

Work-Force

This is a current vacancy. We believe great workplaces are built on great people. We are looking for a Workplace Learner Hospitality in Rustenburg, and we encourage applicants from across North West to consider this opportunity.

The Role

An experienced Workplace Learner Hospitality is needed to support operations in Rustenburg. The role forms part of how the business keeps its in-service training portfolio strong in North West.

Communication runs both ways. Managers across the in-service training team in North West make time for one-to-ones, and people are expected to speak up early when something needs attention.

Reasonable working hours and respectful planning are part of how the role runs. The team values strong delivery, and load is balanced fairly across the in-service training group in Rustenburg.

What Your Day Looks Like

Your day starts with a quick check-in with your mentor and a review of the tasks you’ll shadow or own. You spend time observing experienced colleagues, asking questions and trying small pieces of work yourself. As the day progresses, you capture notes for your logbook, attend team huddles and contribute where you can. The mix of structured learning, real workplace exposure and supportive feedback helps you turn classroom theory into skills you can actually use.

The rhythm rewards people who plan ahead but also pivot quickly when North West operations throw up the unexpected.

In addition, the Rustenburg office buzzes through peak hours and settles into focused, productive lulls in between, giving you time to plan and reset before the next stretch of work.
