Code 10 Driver

Work-Force

A Code 10 Driver is needed in Bethlehem. The role focuses on consistent delivery, accurate work and clear communication across the Free State operation.

About the Opportunity

The organisation is investing in its Bethlehem operation, and this Code 10 Driver position reflects that commitment. The successful candidate will work across the logistics jobs function and contribute to the wider Free State business.

Day-to-day, the role balances focused delivery with the kind of collaboration that keeps things moving. The successful candidate is trusted to make sensible decisions inside the agreed scope, with line-management support whenever a sounding board is useful.

Beyond that, the role has been written to be sustainable, not just busy. Strong output is expected, and managers in Bethlehem also pay attention to recovery, learning and the kind of breathing room that keeps people doing good work over time.

Career Growth

This role can grow with you. Strong performers in the logistics jobs team in Bethlehem have moved into senior, supervisory and specialist positions, and that journey is supported through coaching, training and exposure to bigger projects.

Growth conversations happen at a regular cadence — not just at year-end — so the path forward stays current and realistic for every Bethlehem team member.

Internal mobility is encouraged. People who start in Bethlehem have moved into roles in other branches, specialist functions and project teams across Free State.

Equal Opportunity

On top of that, the organisation supports a respectful workplace. Applications are welcome from suitably qualified candidates across Free State, and recruitment is intended to be fair and transparent.

Crucially, the hiring organisation’s applicable employment-equity and inclusion practices will be explained in the final vacancy details for Free State.

B-BBEE compliance is more than a scorecard here. It informs how the business invests in skills development, supplier diversity and community engagement across the country.
