Driver

Work-Force

Bring your skills as a Driver to Hartswater and join a team that moves fast. This Northern Cape role is one to watch.

About the Opportunity

This Driver role has been briefed against a clear set of outcomes for Hartswater. The successful candidate will work alongside an established team and will be expected to contribute meaningfully to the logistics jobs pipeline across Northern Cape.

Communication runs both ways. Managers across the logistics jobs team in Northern Cape make time for one-to-ones, and people are expected to speak up early when something needs attention.

Tools, systems and information are there to support the role rather than slow it down. The company continues to invest in the technology that backs its Hartswater teams, and the new Driver will feel that from the first week.

Why Join Us

You will join a team that values respectful collaboration, honest feedback and shared wins. The Hartswater colleagues take pride in supporting one another and in doing the logistics jobs side of the business properly, day in and day out.

The role’s development opportunities, training and benefits, if offered, will be set out in the final vacancy details.

Crucially, the package, working arrangements and any available support will be confirmed by the hiring organisation for this vacancy.

Meet the Team

Practically speaking, the team you will be working with is fast-paced and energetic. Things move quickly across the Hartswater office, and the people who thrive here are the ones who plan ahead, communicate openly and pick up the slack when Northern Cape operations get busy.

Collaboration is the default working mode. Whether picking up a quick query or working through a complex project, you will find colleagues willing to lean in and help.

Line management is hands-on without being heavy. Expect regular one-to-ones, honest feedback and the support needed to do good work consistently.
