General Worker

Work-Force

Applications are warmly invited for a General Worker role based in Cradock. We welcome candidates from every background across Eastern Cape who are ready to grow with us.

What This Role Involves

The General Worker position is part of an ongoing recruitment drive across Eastern Cape. The brief has been shaped carefully, with a focus on delivery in Cradock and across the logistics jobs space.

Notably, the successful applicant is given the room to plan, deliver and review their work without unnecessary noise. The organisation has built its Cradock team on trust, and the General Worker role will feel that from week one.

Internal documentation, process notes and shared playbooks make it easier for the General Worker to step into the logistics jobs workflow quickly. Institutional knowledge is well-organised, so people are not reinventing the wheel from one week to the next.

Why This Role

You will join a team that values respectful collaboration, honest feedback and shared wins. The Cradock colleagues take pride in supporting one another and in doing the logistics jobs side of the business properly, day in and day out.

Practically speaking, the role’s development opportunities, training and benefits, if offered, will be set out in the final vacancy details.

Notably, the package, working arrangements and any available support will be confirmed by the hiring organisation for this vacancy.

Equally, the working environment is set up to give the team the focus needed for deeper work, while keeping collaboration and quick problem-solving close at hand.
