What This Role Involves

The Code 10 Driver vacancy forms part of how the Ermelo branch keeps performing. It pairs day-to-day delivery with longer-running priorities that keep the logistics jobs side of the business moving forward.

Tools, systems and information are there to support the role rather than slow it down. The company continues to invest in the technology that backs its Ermelo teams, and the new Code 10 Driver will feel that from the first week.

Internal documentation, process notes and shared playbooks make it easier for the Code 10 Driver to step into the logistics jobs workflow quickly. Institutional knowledge is well-organised, so people are not reinventing the wheel from one week to the next.

In addition, the role has been written to be sustainable, not just busy. Strong output is expected, and managers in Ermelo also pay attention to recovery, learning and the kind of breathing room that keeps people doing good work over time.
