Work-Force
Bring your skills as a Learning and Development Officer to Bela-Bela and join a team that moves fast. This Limpopo role is one to watch.
The Role
This Learning and Development Officer role has been briefed against a clear set of outcomes for Bela-Bela. The successful candidate will work alongside an established team and will be expected to contribute meaningfully to the hr jobs pipeline across Limpopo.
Communication runs both ways. Managers across the hr jobs team in Limpopo make time for one-to-ones, and people are expected to speak up early when something needs attention.
Tools, systems and information are there to support the role rather than slow it down. The company continues to invest in the technology that backs its Bela-Bela teams, and the new Learning and Development Officer will feel that from the first week.
Equal Opportunity
Diverse teams build stronger workplaces. Applications are welcome from candidates of every background, language and community across Limpopo, and recruitment is fair, transparent and aligned with the EE Act.
Practical steps back the words. Structured EE reporting, transformation initiatives and learnership programmes give real opportunities to candidates from across Limpopo.
Inclusive hiring extends through onboarding and into how teams operate every day. Respectful, fair conduct is expected from every team member in Bela-Bela.
What Your Day Looks Like
Your day is people-shaped from the moment you log in. You move between recruitment screens, manager calls, payroll queries and the occasional sensitive conversation that needs your full attention. Mid-morning you might be running an onboarding session for new starters, and by the afternoon you’re back at your desk preparing EE or B-BBEE reports. Through it all, you balance compliance with care, making sure that policies are followed and people are heard.
The rhythm rewards people who plan ahead but also pivot quickly when Limpopo operations throw up the unexpected.
Practically speaking, the Bela-Bela office buzzes through peak hours and settles into focused, productive lulls in between, giving you time to plan and reset before the next stretch of work.
What We Offer
You will join a team that values respectful collaboration, honest feedback and shared wins. The Bela-Bela colleagues take pride in supporting one another and in doing the hr jobs side of the business properly, day in and day out.
Notably, the company reinvests in its people: paid training, internal moves and the chance to take on bigger projects are all part of how careers in Bela-Bela keep progressing.
Benefits are clear and consistent. Beyond the package on offer, the role includes the supports you would expect from an established South African employer in Limpopo.
