This is a current vacancy. We believe great workplaces are built on great people. We are looking for a Waitron in George, and we encourage applicants from across Western Cape to consider this opportunity.

About This Position

The Waitron vacancy forms part of how the George branch keeps performing. It pairs day-to-day delivery with longer-running priorities that keep the hospitality jobs side of the business moving forward.

Crucially, the organisation keeps reporting lines clean and expectations realistic. Performance is measured against a small, agreed set of metrics, and there are no surprise yardsticks for the Waitron taking on this position.

Internal documentation, process notes and shared playbooks make it easier for the Waitron to step into the hospitality jobs workflow quickly. Institutional knowledge is well-organised, so people are not reinventing the wheel from one week to the next.

Tools, systems and information are there to support the role rather than slow it down. The company continues to invest in the technology that backs its George teams, and the new Waitron will feel that from the first week.
