Job Description:
We are seeking a Custodian for our Bloemfontein location. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of facilities, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all occupants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning and maintenance duties across various areas of the facility.
- Handle waste removal and manage recycling programs.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Monitor and ensure proper functioning of cleaning equipment.
- Report any issues or hazards to management.
Qualifications:
- Experience in custodial or maintenance work is advantageous.
- Strong work ethic and ability to handle physical tasks.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with cleaning and maintenance procedures.
